Working at Anna's Specialty Salon since 1996, Carolyn Elliott brings a list of training credentials with her for her chosen profession. She has been a in the medical field since 1980 and a nurse since 1984, a licensed manicurist since 1989, a certified permanent cosmetic professional since 1998. She is trained and certificated as a Master Technician. She has also been a licensed esthetician since 2001.

Carolyn, one of the leading experts in the area of permanent cosmetics on the Central Coast, has completed over 10,000 successful procedures since her start.  She is the only Nationally Certified Masters Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) on the Central Coast.  She holds a current OSHA certificate in Infection Control & Blood borne Pathogens which she must renew bi-annually.

Trained by the medical director at the America Institute of Permanent Color Technologies in Irvine, California, she continues to maintain very high standards when completing each and every permanent cosmetic procedure. She uses ONLY the finest pigments available on the market today and will not ever be seen cutting corners to save in costs. She has been an active member in the SPCP - Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals since 1999. Active members must meet the highest standards for safety and technical expertise. As a member of this organization, she is kept appraised of advancements and techniques in the industry, through regular announcements and newsletters as well as conventions and educational conferences with peers.

Confident, and yet self-conscious about her work, Carolyn is meticulous and a perfectionist - striving to do the best job possible with each and every permanent cosmetic client so that her client's experience is relaxing, enjoyable and a comfortable one. She specializes in natural looking Eyebrows, Eyelash enhancements, Eyeliner, Full lip color and Lip Liner, and also is an expert in scar camouflage, pigment color correction, and Areola Complex Repigmentation.

As a licensed aesthetician, Carolyn has improved the appearance of many clients’ skin, ranging from anti-aging and pigmentation problems to severe acne. She uses ULTRACEUTICALS, a scientifically proven, advanced professional skincare line to do everything from the basic European facial to the advanced, yet very safe chemical peels of Alpha Hydroxy, Beta Hydroxy, and The Jessner Peel. She also uses a medical grade; non-particle MICRODERMABRASION machine to lessen the appearance of fine lines, hyper pigmentation and to remove dead skin cells the skin's surface. She especially takes great pride in helping her clients overcome problems with acne and has helped many clients of all ages improve their appearance and self-esteem.

When not in the salon, Carolyn stays busy with her hobbies of flying, triathlons and gardening. She has been a Professional Airline Transport Pilot and Advanced Level Flight Instructor since 1992 and loves flying airplanes, a passion that started as a child. Also an accomplished IRONMAN triathlete, Carolyn trains in the early mornings before work and also after to improve her endurance in swimming, cycling and running. When she is not busy with work and life, Carolyn enjoys being at home with her pets; her beloved Chihuahua, a goofy yellow lab, two cats and a yellow-nape Amazon parrot. She also enjoys traveling to different parts of the world, photography, and visiting friends.  Her favorite place in the world is the islands in the French Polynesia (Moorea and Bora Bora).
