Pay Your Deposit

ALL new and existing clients to Carolyn Elliott Permanent Makeup can schedule an appointment for Permanent Makeup and Micro-Needling (Collagen Induction Therapy) Services by calling: 805-550-7379

After scheduling one or more procedure, we require a deposit to secure your appointment slot within 48 hours for each procedure.  Failure to do so will result in the appointment being dropped out of our system and a new appointment will need to be made.

Deposits can be paid online using the secure payment system below.  The balance is due on the day of your procedure.  Visa/MC is accepted.  5% OFF for all CASH paying clients.  Checks are not accepted.

PLEASE do not pay your deposit prior filling out and submitting your Pre-client Questionnaire, your Appointment Policy and your required Photo(s).  Thank you.

 

 

Please note the following when booking an appointment:

  1. To not bring your children to your appointment(s).
  2. In order to schedule an appointment, I require a $150 non-refundable deposit per procedure, for all procedures.
  3. To pay penalties for canceled appointments.  You agree to provide at least 48-hour notice if you have to cancel an appointment.  You also agree to call as soon as possible for emergency cancelations due to unavoidable no-shows, like a personal illness or death in the family.  Failure to give 48-hour noitice for planned missed visits will result in the full loss of your deposit. Facebook or emailing is not an accepted method of cancelling or rescheduling.
  4. Call the office if you think might be running a little late.  I recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment time.
  5. The appointment policy applies to any follow-up and touch-up appointments and that I will be responsible for the cost of those missed appointments.
  6. To act courteously and respectfully while in our office.
  7. To respect our right to refuse services to those who mistreat with condescension, disrespect, or entitlement.
  8. Deposit method accepted is:  Visa/Master Card or Cash for reserving your appointment. You can pay online using a credit card and the secure payment system.  I offer a 5% discount on CASH paying clients only.  Checks are not accepted.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
